Marker Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

Marker Studio® (“Marker”, “we”) is a creative and marketing studio in Beit Sahour, Palestine. This policy explains what information we keep in Marker — our website, client portal and studio system at marker.ps — why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and role (studio team or client), and a securely hashed password if you set one.
  • Sign in with Google: when you choose it, Google shares your name and email address with us so we can match you to your Marker account. We don't receive your Google password, contacts, files or anything else.
  • Passkeys (Face ID / Touch ID): only the public key; the biometric never leaves your device.
  • Client work: the plans, posts, captions, images, videos, comments, approvals, documents and invoices we prepare and share with you in your portal.
  • Social media data: for clients who connect their accounts, we read published content and performance numbers (reach, views, followers, engagement) through Metricool and Meta, to report on them and schedule posts.
  • Forms you send us: enquiries, onboarding briefs, job applications and consent releases, with what you enter in them.
  • Basic technical data: a sign-in cookie and the information servers log by default (such as IP address and browser), used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use it

  • To run your portal and our work for you: planning, approvals, scheduling and publishing posts, reports, invoices and messages.
  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To prepare analysis and drafts, some of it with AI tools (Anthropic’s Claude). Your content is processed to do the work and is not sold or used to advertise to you.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to host and run Marker. They process data only to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel (hosting and file storage) and Neon (database).
  • Metricool and Meta (social media scheduling and statistics, for connected accounts).
  • Google (Sign in with Google, and Google Drive for studio files).
  • Anthropic (AI assistance on drafts, fixes and analysis).

How long we keep it

We keep account and client information while you work with us and for as long as needed for our records (for example invoices). You can ask us to delete your account or your data at any time; we'll do so unless we must keep something by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or to disconnect your social accounts. You can also remove Marker’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party access).

Cookies

Marker uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and short-lived cookies to make sign-in secure. We don't use advertising cookies.
