Marker Studio

Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover using Marker — the website, client portal and studio system of Marker Studio® at marker.ps. The work we do for you is governed by your proposal or agreement with us; where they differ, that agreement wins.

Your account

Accounts are created by invitation from Marker Studio. Keep your sign-in private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you sign in with Google, the Google account must be one you control, with the email we have on file. Tell us at create@marker.ps if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Using the portal

  • Use Marker only for your work with Marker Studio, and don't try to reach other clients’ information or disrupt the service.
  • Approvals and change requests you give in the portal are how you sign off our content; approved posts may be published at their scheduled time.
  • Content you upload (photos, logos, text) must be yours or licensed to you, and you give us permission to use it for your work.

Our work and its ownership

Ownership of the designs and content we create follows your proposal or agreement with us. Until then, drafts shown in the portal are for your review.

Connected services

Parts of Marker rely on other services (for example Metricool, Meta, Google and Vercel). Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Marker available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and figures from social networks can change or be delayed. To the extent the law allows, Marker Studio isn't liable for indirect losses from using the portal.

Ending access

We may suspend or close access when our work together ends or if these terms are broken. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
